A few days ago, as I was dropping off my Amiga 1200 tower for major upgrades, Duncan M. showed me his prize Atari 800XL set-up.  It was in pristine shape, the keyboard coming from a school district that was getting rid of leftovers and didn't even know it had this Atari.  Duncan's Atari was connected to an aftermarket floppy dual-drive unit, to a VGA monitor via an adapter, and to his stereo system.  I ran a few demos and a few games on it.  I kept thinking that the demos needed a little more speed as they spun their geometric shapes.  Smiley
